Build from the yellow signs. Pick one, then tap the field. Drag for runways and taxiways.
Open routes on the departures board, as many as you like. More flights, more passengers, more money.
Every flight needs a gate joined to a runway by taxiway.
Add check-in desks and security lanes to terminals so passengers make their flights.
Buy land: tap a yellow LAND FOR SALE plot next to your field. After 10 plots, cargo unlocks: make land a cargo area and build from the CARGO signs: cargo terminals, cargo stands and cargo runways, where freighters fly freight, not people.
Keep flights on time. A good record brings more passengers.
Drag, scroll or use the arrow keys to move around the field. Pinch, Ctrl + scroll or the + and − buttons zoom. GO TO jumps straight to the runway, terminal or car park. Tap a building to manage it. Esc cancels a build.
Your airport keeps earning while the game is closed: passengers fly and staff are paid, for up to 12 hours. At night the field goes quiet but red-eye flights, freight and long-stay parking still bring money in.
